ADHD & Meditation

ADHD & Practice

Meditation is often presented as 'just sit still and focus,' which is terrible advice for people with ADHD. This group explores how to build a sustainable practice that works with your ADHD brain, not against it. Shorter sits, movement-based practices, and lots of self-compassion.

James Liu

Software engineer by day, meditation nerd by night. I have been practicing for 6 years and find that the analytical rigor of Sam Harris's approach resonates with my scientific mindset. I love helping others discover that meditation is not about relaxation but about seeing clearly.
