A supportive group for people who came to meditation through anxiety. We work through Waking Up content with special attention to practices that help regulate the nervous system: body scans, noting, and breath awareness.

Clinical psychologist and longtime meditator. I completed my mindfulness teacher training with Tara Brach and have been facilitating contemplative groups for 8 years. I believe group practice creates a unique space for insight that transforms how we relate to ourselves and others.

Practice one meditation daily from the Waking Up app. Be willing to share your experience with anxiety in a supportive group setting.
