No jargon, no pretending to understand things you do not understand yet.

Complete beginners. If you have never meditated or tried once and gave up, this is for you. If you have been practicing for years, this group is not.

Complete that week's Introductory Course session before we meet. Write down one thing that confused you or one thing that surprised you. That is all.
