Practice During Hard TimesA group for practicing when life is not going well. Not the version of meditation where everything is calm and your mind is clear. The version where you are exhausted or anxious or grieving and you sit down anyway. We use the app's content on difficult emotions, pain, and uncertainty, and we practice with what is actually happening in our lives.

Who this group is for
Anyone going through a hard stretch who wants to practice with others instead of alone. This is not therapy, but it is a space where difficulty is welcome rather than something to fix.
What to expect
There is only one expectation: honesty. You do not need to have practiced that week. You do not need to have it together. Show up as you are.
